Herringbone parquetry timber floors provide a warm interior with high ceilings integrating acoustic absorption, adding to the functionality and amenity of the space.  A cantilevered window seat provides a restful place of repose overlooking the open living area and garden.  Marble benches in the kitchen and bathroom contribute to the crisp contemporary aesthetic.
