MacKINNON PARADE RESIDENCE, NORTH ADELAIDE, SA

This small addition updates one of two 1966 award-winning Robert Dickson townhouses for modern living. A stylish and modern addition to a significant older house has created a fine and quiet small urban residence, with maximised views, good solar penetration and great outdoor living. Phillips/Pilkington Architects were trying to achieve the lowest possible environmental impact through stringent specification of insulation and shading.
