Wilderness School Multipurpose Hall

WILDERNESS SCHOOL MULTIPURPOSE HALL, MEDINDIE, SA

Phillips/Pilkington Architects were commissioned by Wilderness School in 2002 to realise the next significant stage of their Masterplan to design a new Multipurpose Hall. The Multi Purpose Hall provides basketball, netball, volley ball & badminton courts, gymnastic facilities and weights room, as well as a school assembly area, with provision for future tiered retractable seating for 500 students. The Hall also includes multi-purpose space for drama, multi media presentations and school social functions, with provision for a future link to a music centre.
