RAIA PREMISES, ADELAIDE CBD, SA

Phillips/Pilkington Architects won the commission to provide new premises for the SA Chapter of the Royal Australian Institute of Architects. The redeveloped premises of the RAIA include administrative accommodation for the RAIA; flexible meeting rooms and event space with commercial kitchen; exhibition space and Members Lounge; Archicentre tenancy; Retail tenancy; and is being developed as a high profile facility to promote the architectural profession. The project was completed in April 2002.
